Student Organizations
Only officially recognized student organizations may produce merchandise displaying both the student organization's name/logo and the 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 trademarks designated as "Lamar Spirit Marks" with permission from 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆's Office of Marketing Communications.
The 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 marks may not be altered and all merchandise must include the organization's name/logo prominently on the product. Student organizations are required to use licensed vendors for all products bearing 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 marks.
To become a registered 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 student organization, contact the 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 Office of Student Engagement.
Royalty Fees
Student organizations will not be subject to payment of the royalty fee as long as the proposed design on their merchandise makes the specific student organization the predominant element of the design.
However, the use of general 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 marks (LU Star, Cardinal Head, Interlocking LU, etc.) or any licensed Lamar Athletics' marks, where the student organization name is not predominant to the design requires payment of the standard royalty fee by the licensed vendor.
Non-Royalty Examples:
- A t-shirt design with "国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 Student Government Association" on the front of the shirt would not be subject to the payment of the royalty fee.
- A t-shirt design with "国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 Student Government Association supports LU Football" on the front of the shirt would not be subject to the payment of the royalty fee.
Royalty Examples:
- A t-shirt design with only a general 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 mark or any licensed Lamar Athletics' mark would be subject to the payment of the royalty fee.
- A t-shirt design where the mention of the student organization is incidental to a general 国产剧情福利一区二区麻豆 mark or any licensed Lamar Athletics' mark would be subject to the payment of the royalty fee.
